Winter storage for your towables and other watersport toys!

Much of the country including us down here in Springfield, MO saw our first major cold snap which means that along with making sure you have enough wood for your fireplace, it also is time to make sure you have lake toys safely tucked away!  If you keep your innertubes, wakeboards and waterskis on the boat or in your boat locker, during the winter, you are exposing them to extreme temperatures which can weaken the materials of your innertubes and waterski/wakeboarding bindings.  Really, anything made of rubber or polyvinyl compounds will weaken more quickly over time if you leave them exposed to extreme cold.  We highly recommend that you bring your innertubes etc inside or at least find room in your garage for storage in the winter months.  For your innertubes, try to lay them flat or hang them to minimized the folding or bunching of the material.  This will really help prolong the life of your toys, providing extra seasons of enjoyment!  If you do find that you need replacement innertubes, you'll find the best premium heavy duty replacements at trlwatersports.com. See you on the water!
